Week 1 (3hrs.) - mental wellness, breastfeeding/feeding support, bonding with baby, self care 

Week 2 (3hrs.) - mental wellness, breastfeeding/feeding support, bonding with baby, self care

Week 3 (3hrs.) - meal prep, nutrition, feeling good in our new bodies & minds

Week 4 (3hrs.) - pelvic floor wellness

Week 5 (3hrs.) - prioritizing you, finding balance, establishing routines

We spend so much time as woman preparing and learning all we can about fertility, pregnancy and birth. And we should! Those things are all extremely important to our motherhood journey. But so is what happens after baby. Preparing, educating, and prioritizing ourselves is just as important to our story. It’s all a part of how we enter motherhood and it’s all equally valuable.
